2) Renegade Rows
3) KB swings + KB thrusters
4) Walk outs + push up toe touch
5)• v-ups •Rising toe touch •Ball passes •Plank jacks
We performed 3-4 sets and 10-12 reps for most of the exercises.
Rest time no more than 30seconds just to keep the heart rate high!
